Time of Day to Trade

Has anyone done research on the best time of day to trade or when price activity and volumes suggest that institutions are in the market?

I haven't done research as such, but just by watching live data it seems like there's usually some action starting at about 13:30 on the alsi(maybe the institutional guys start coming back from lunch)

Dow Jones opens at 3:30

The best time to trade on the JSE is undoubtedly between 17:00 and 09:00! You will make heaps of money this way (by not losing money).

LOL..Theater Cat...OMO..Friday, especially afternoon is good buying time, Wednesday afternoon is good selling time. Dont ask me why but has worked for me on many times - if you are a trader not investor.
