I really like GND, it traded at an slightly below NAV the other day, very briefly, i believe it will not go much further down from those levels (I acquired more shares already at these levels). Future earnings are not priced in at these levels and even if there are earnings cuts it offers value and a good dividend, has a strong cash position as well. Others I like are PPC and WHL.

80% cash, 20% stocks, too much uncertanity. Watch ACL drop some more as the US auto makers struggle, good buying time may be end of first quarter next year

I am thinking SOL,GND, MTN, ESR,WHL. Prices are fairly low (probably go a bit lower) but essentially well established,good companies, good dividends.

PPC also good, will benefit from infrustructure development and regardless who the construction company is, there will be a need for their product.
