Guys - am I correct - Trading costs between ssf,Instal, wave and share. R10 000 Trading with: Wave Top40 3% 2% 1% SSF Stxq 2% 1% 1% Instalment 2% 1% 1% Share 3% 1% 1% What have I left out. Am I right? Trading below R5000 a shot expensive. Trading in straight shares also high at below R5000. Movements must be high at below r5000/trade

you've confused me. But remember that in a warrant account you pay a flat R50 brokerage (plus taxes etc.) and you can trade instalments & waves in that account.

What i am saying in my ssf account buying for less than R5000 per time is expensive. Figures as follows: Wave Index Trade R10 000 1%. SSF Stxq - R10 000 1%. Instalment - R10 000 1%. Share - R10 000 1%

Can one trade share instalements in the warrants account for only R55. I never knew this. I always used my normal share account.

Sorry - that was my point, I also did not know that. What about shares.

my understanding is that the discounted warrants account is only for warrants and one cannot trade any other security in it, but that is only what i believe and it could be wrong, but i don't think so...
