By the way, the halting is due to technical issues. The JSE has been all over the place this morning seeing that we use their trading engine.

Dubai can't pay its debt. The Dubai stock exchange (whatever its called) constitutes 21% of the LSE. Technical issues my . . . The bankers are probably quivering in their boots. This is the biggest national financial collapse since Argentina in 2001.
