Can any forum members share some insight on good companies that were almost run into the ground, and then implimented run around startegies that took them back to previous glory days? The only one I can think of is Rainbow Chicken. I'm just wondering if Super Group will ever recoup some of its historic shine. The new CEO is really doing his bit, but a massive debt burden could make for a very, very long, slow and painful recovery.

Many of the IT companies might qualify, Nedbank could also be an example. In each case the turnaround takes years, but can reward the patient.
