Hi Guys, I looked at the SENS and it looks like if the Aquire this 'ARMZ' bunch they will pay a div of USD 1.06 per share? This seems like a lot given the market cap of the company. If anyone has taken a look can they comment. Aside from the fact that the share price will drop like a rock ex div there is a potential for good money here. Seems too good to be true. Comments?

As far as I understand it UUU have sold off 51% to ARMZ (russian govt owned company) and that is where the div will come about. Clever move as there best uranium mines are in russia and they always getting tangled with mining rights (sounds familiar) and so forth. Will be interesting to see how they fair thereafter but it will probably only happen in a couple of months time anyway!
