Up to the minute market ticker free

Hi All, Does anybody know of a "Up to the minute" stock market tick that is FREE or at least very cheap. Because getting data that is 30 minutes or and hour late has very little value to most.Does Standard Bank do one? thanks

well, this may be our last post as actually we are moving over to MAQUARIE PRIME seeing as they offer endless depth,. instant prices No brokerage, better margins,. etc etc etc,. the list seems endless,..
