VOD (Vodacom Group) Shares...

Hi everyone, I've seen that Vodacom Group will be listed as an individual company on the 5th of May 2009. Does anyone know, will we be able to buy pre-listed shares? or only from the 5th of May and also... What will the starting price of the shares be? Thanx Kind Regards...

The only way to buy shares prelisting is to buy Telkom. You will get one Vodacom share for each Telkom at listing. Listing price is whatever the market decides.

Vodacom shares are been unbundled out of TKG, so for every TKG you'll get 1 VOD share.
