Value for money?

I believe that NAV on this share is in the region of 70 cents. Any ideas on why the value and volumes have been so low? Surely a target for takeover bid at these prices?

declining revenue, declining margins, negative cash flow, troubled sector. Until this changes, it will always trade below its book value, because investors (or at least those who think like me) will expect the book value to be eroded further.
