Just love the div. yield. Last I bought some was at 117 for long term. Hope it goes below 120 to add some more if ever ha,ha ??

Div yield is not sustainable. They cannot maintain profit margins indefinably. The cracks have already appeared. First sign of div yield dropping sell.
