Been toying with buying this but given that it has been frozen price wise for a year - and not cheap = not sure - the price movement today reflects some disappointment it seems in the Coty reorg?

nah - price movement is broad spectrum across retailers and affiliated industry. The sens announcement seems irrelevant to me, they lose licencing rights, but keep exclusivity in manufacturing, importing, marketing and distribution. Most likely, Coty want to open their own concept stores. I don't think this is such a bad deal for AVI, especially if they get R150m extra out of the deal.
