WEZ Worth Buying??

Does anyone have an opinion on WeZ, seeing that the mine is actually being built, so not considering the costs, if it runs by 2020, the share price ought to shoot up

I think no one has an opinion because no one is interested in wez.The only thing that can be said is that it seems to be on support,but it is not showing any signs of life yet.
