Index just dropped 200pt because someone sold +-11m AGL stock, plummeting the share 6%... Mistake or cutting losses?

one irritating trade! it triggered my SSF stoploss on AGL and now i'm out, just to see it go back to where it was before the downward spike...but rules are rules and not to be broken (my trading rules)
