It may be that you only enter the system after 5 reds or 5 blacks.. and only when the sample set of 100 are in your favour... etc

LOL!! Good one Ninja. Casino's make money and plenty of it. There are no flaws in their system. The odd's are firmly stacked against you. Yes the probability of getting it right is better on roulette with red and black (and green). You can use the same system on black jack. Just play whatever you lost + R25 on the next hand. I mean, what are the odds of the dealer losing 6/7/8 hands in a row. We did this as students many moons ago, but being students we were poor and could not afford loosing more than 8 hands in a row. We all made money that night, but the one oke that lost all his moola and had to borrow from the rest of us to make up his money gave us such a fright that we decided that our master plan was flawed. We were right. It was fun though, but like I mentioned, if you play for fun once in a blue moon it's better to get a little probability on your side than pissing away your money on one arm bandits.

I tested this idea by modelling it in Excel a few years back with a friend. You'll lose your money sooner or later. The odds are against you, sadly.

The next question to ask yourself: how is it that maths and stats phd's have been waiting for you to figure it out? I promise, it's been thought of and failed at many, many times.

So why are you giving out this info for free? Zero and green means casino will enventually win because the more you win, the more you gamble and the more you gamble, the more you lose eventually!BLACKJACK, now that is different.

tribalzone, you are looking at an extreme example again and of course when it goes against you all the way you lose. The probability however is that it won't go against you to the extreme nearly as often as it will go for you in the norm. Remember guys, just a nice system to use next time you walk past a roulette table....always have a stop loss in place.

USA table has 0 and 00. Stay away from this biatch! EUropa has 0 only. Better.

John, I like your concept....these are just a few thoughts of putting probability in your favour vs choosing a random number and hoping against the odds and with all probability against you.

The basic error is that the double up stratergy clearly does not work or nobody would lose and as TZ has pointed out your win/lose ratio is the starting point of the error...I recon you take that cash you made and forget about it because the probability of making money from the casio drops with every bet.. as the sample size just gets bigger and bigger.

remember if it lands on green/zero you keep half your bet, casino takes half your bet....you do not lose it all.

Trust me that is by no means an extreme example, the same colour coming up 8-10 times in a row happens many times every night, and what you are doing is putting large sums on money at stake for the chance to win R100 on each cycle...

Love this thread!! Can u see that the final result is everyone that has gone to a casino ends up here on the stock market! I lost money there and I'm here now! .And I love the phrase from prancing horse: "the ball has no memory"!!! :)))

If you rely on a double up stratrgy you will lose that is clear.. but ranbom bets based on scewed probility will allow for winners.. just not sure what win/loss ratio will be.

Guys, I have also read about this strategy but you do not apply it at a live casino. You hit the online casinos with it. This variation is slightly different. You work with the 3 blocks of 12 numbers. 1-12=L, 13-24=M and 25-36=H. What ever does not appear for 5 throws you bet on and their is money double up strategy also involved. So, HHLHL = bet on M. M has not appeared for 5 spins.

Eureka Wizard !! We need a ball with memory and a Iphone app to track and manipulate that memory. Do you think those balls are big enough to take a SIM card ? ;-)

The basic way casino win is not that the outcome can get scewed.. but rather that the betting outcomes don't adjust acordingly... speaking of gambling though have any of you gamblers tried to aquire goods on a penny bet website.... I am doing a little work for a friend who want to start one in SA.

A friend said it well. In a casino there are gamblers and spenders. A spender goes there and says "I'll spend R100 on the slots tonight". A gambler says "hey! Maybe tonight is the night".
