Warrants spread

I have noticed SFM has increased the spread between bids and offers of warrants as market maker to 2c instead of the usual 1c for warrants under 50c!! eg ACLSBC and AGLSBD. Is this daylight robbery? Or is there a laudable explanation.

The spread is based on the bid/offer price of the underlying share. If there is a big spread between the bid and offer price of the underlying share, there'll ba a big spread in the warrant. Use the warrant matrix to check waht hte spread should be.
