Hi, I would like to know if warrants take into consideration if a dividend is going to be paid, i.e. when a share goes ex-dividend will the warrant also fall, as the share price usually falls by the dividend amount the day after the LDT date. Thank you.

yes. The warrant value is adjusted to account for the div. It's not possible to play warrants on the expected drop in a share after the div last day.
