As far as I can ascertain from their web-site and from market releases, this crowd doesn't have any proven assets, and they've done very little actual work in the last three years to change this. Most of their efforts appear to have been put into building an illustrious management board, and into further enriching the Mosoneke family through various dealings, and introductions to themselves as so-called investors (diluters). Smells like fish to me.
