My guess is its just a small cap drifting lower because there is no news. People get bored of the share or see other opportunities so sell. Usually its the best time to buy

agreed: small cap share prices frequently drift downwards on absolutely no news whatsoever. and with the low liquidity of this one the drops are sometimes steep.
