Don't buy. rather wait a few more weeks and see where it is headed. The market everyday has opportunities so don't think you'll be missing an opportunity.

I've tracked VOD since inception and this is the first day where sellers do not outnumber buyers by some margin. It looks as if the tide has turned. Still on a day like this even the dogs are up.
