What must still happen for suspension to be lifted?

What must still happen for the suspension of SHB to be lifted. I thought after the pro-forma financial effects have been published regarding the acquisition of Applemint, Siabex and Emergent, that a circular would have been sent out to shareholders to request approval for the transactions to continue. Is it still possible that if the transactions are not successful that SHB will delist and how long does delisting take?

do the shareholders not have to vote on the acquisitions first?

I assume that you own some SHB. When the suspension is lifted, what will you be doing ... BUY SELL or HOLD ?

I do have a number of SHB shares and I will hold on to my shares for a while to see whether there will be any positive movement, however I will not increase my holding.
