Hi Guys, What time is Berrnanke speaking today? I know its in the morning in the states. Will we be in time to catch any potential upswing in the market (Lord I need it - an upswing that is)

i heard on cnbc this morning them saying 4pm et,not sure,might make it 5pm our time.dont count on a upswing,if you listen to the analyst's etc ,they are now not expecting anything great, but the market still is......will be very interesting

Forget about Q3 for NOW (things will really have to get very bad before Q3 arrives)... however I suspect that Bernanke will try and smooth talk the market buy says "Economy has slown down just a bit... and it should get better going forward".

I believe 4pm our time. I don't think there'll be enough time for our market to be affected greatly. And yes, don't expect it to bring much positivity into the market.
