its a binary event - the purchase price will be set and that is that. So your upside will be capped and your downside - well I guess you could say a stoploss will cap your downside too. But the risk to you is an announcement that the deal is off - happening overnight, before our markets open. You will see a 20% drop before you even have a chance to change that stop. Lousy trade, IMO - minimal upside and massive downside.
