Whats UP,or should that be why down?

MTX has been bearish for quite some time has just gone past the resistance of the 4th of SEPT, and seems it might go down to around R 20 - 21 i know copper prices where down but some analyst say copper prices will rise next year, is this slump based on the copper price or is there more to it.

Well there are two issues that I could think of, namely, the drop in copper prices and the report that rumored that Metorex mining licenses in the DRC were under review or something to that effecr.
