This is one of those damned if you do / don't scenarios. If you are already a shareholder, then your hand is being forced - because you are going to lose a lot more in terms of share dilution if you don't. My advise if you are a shareholder - is wait until they issue the NPL - and then sell those as soon as you can - but you have to be quick - i.e. on the day of listing. IMO - stick to Sun Tsu's art of war mantra - never reinfoce failure, failure reinforces itself. Look at Faritec, Metorex & Sallies if you are looking for recent examples of what happens post rights (to fund debt, that is). Liberty is another one soon to join the list.
