Who benefits during cash transfer delays?

Simon, can you confirm that I did'nt lose money/interest after requesting a cash transfer from my SFM account to my bank account early Friday morning (19 March) - only to see the SENS later the day that the facility is not available for the day. Folowing yesterday's public holday, the money eventually found its way to my account, today 23 March (day 5) although my SFM account already reflected the 'withdrawal' on Friday (day1). Fortunately a small amount.
