Bought AGL earlier this week at R151. It flew to R160; Set my stop loss at 5% - stopped out at R151 the next day, whereafter it (OBVIOUSLY) immediately reversed to R160 and then to todays highs. But I am not too bitter.

i bought at 150, went to 189, was kicking myself for not taking profit, went back then to 152, stayed there, today i decided to take profits. Will try and ride these and if it can be done often enough with the volatility, hopfeully can make some good money
