Who get what when bids and offers overlap?

taw offers 5k@13c, 35k@15c, 80k@16c then came a bid 120k@16c. Only one deal show @16c. Does a bidder like that get the shares at offer price or does he pay 16c for all?

16c is the limit, so he will only buy @16c and not above that. Any price lower is acceptable and will match @ offer prices.
