Who has had problems when trying to trade with Deutsche Bank?

Hi guys, I am having a little fight with DB, I wondered how many of you have had problems.

no probs when trading waves. they answer the call in 2 rings. they make a market - as long as there is no 'breaks' in their online links.

Yep, DB are notorius for wide spreads. I phone them all day, to get back in the market, as they disappear when a trade goes through. Then they only appear what seems to be 5 minutes later, and the index could have tanked, but you can't bail because their matrix has disappeared. And their matrix is not up at the opening and the closing half hour.
