Why no to buy CAE, are their any reasons?

If CAE is such a new wonderful company, then why is it's share price so low?, should their share price not be in the R20 range? any reasons to sell, or not buy CAE shares?

It is about halfway down your screen on 'Chat forum/Last 30 posts (all)' Re: Cape Empowerment trust/Grand parade investmensts - by john. Last entry was today @ 14:09. The comments were not necessarily all by john, various input to read.
