Why the big jump today?

What is the reason for the big jump up today? Gold fields also up. Some announcement?

I am also still trying to figure that out, and it is also most of the gold mining companies(Check the top winners list) dominated by gold companies. maybe its the gold prive which is up only 0.1% in rund terms.But I would preety much ssume that could be the devaluation of rand which translated to high gold exoports (cheaper for foreighn companies).just assumption and if this be true,we will know soon.
