Why the big sell-off today?

After a nice rally following the announcement of the deal, why now the big drop? Has something changed?

Nothing on SENS so maybe late reaction to big divvie or lack of confidence on the proposed deals, who knows.In this volatile world, I just tend to watch the price. Sold at 300 after divvie and bought today at 262, so lets see.

Could be, but doesn't make sense since the LDR for the dividend was 15 June!!
