Why the surge today?

Vodacom (along with truworths) has been very volatile lately. However, today has been a turnaround of 5% from low to high! I would have thought with the change in CEO and the uncertainty in Congo that VOD would be a sell. Any thoughts as to whether its still a buy at these levels (R63+)?
