Why would you own this?

The directors have been dumping the stock like it's radioactive. Fantastic warning signal, but the price stays up. I'm not currently short it, but hey when it gets too high it's a favourite and it's made me money. Why would you go long on this, when the directors are basically begging you to dump it?

Are you not aware yet, it is cold out there and this is where customer behaviour kicks in. It may be close to its high and following the rule of gravity that 'what goes up, must come down' the share might fall just after winter but good to keep for now. But one should be on gurd when managers behave this way.
