Will it go up to R45

Why is the market not responding positive to Clicks report.

IMO it is forming a new base. Notice saucer shape busy forming (close price chart), by my calcs base 2. Support at 4079, if it goes past this, most likely after divvie, next support could be at 200SMA +/- 3900. That is my targeted entry point.
