advise on latest sens

Can somebody explain in laymans terms what the latest sens on IPSA is about and whats you view for the short term on the price up or down ? thanks

well, i think it is notifying us that Morgan Stanley aquired more shares in the company and brought their total holdings up from 3.?% to 4.?%. This should mean that Morgan Stanley thinks it will do well over the long term as they won't buy shares in a company that they think will fall. There big companies also don't speculate so much like the smaller investors, so i would see it as a long term thing. That is my thoughts, i could be wrong!
