assistance please on alsi/topi futures

Newbie to futures needs some hel pls. I definetely learn a lot from reading this forum, so this should be a easy question to answer for me. I want to know how to trade topi or alsi futures? I phoned SFM and they said they don't offer futures index trading, and i should go through a SAFEX broker. how do u guys trade index futures and what platform is the best to use? thanks in advanced for your answers :)
