dividends

my understanding of the days concerning dividends is the following. day 1 - dividend declared day 2 - ldt: hold the share to qualify for the dividend day 3 - ex dividend day: day after ldt day 4 - dividend payment. please let me know if this is correct. thanks

Hi'its true. on LDT day hold share till closing time to recieve devidends the next week or what so ever the pay date is.
