Simon, why don't you pop those programmers an email asking them to spice up the emailed watchlist. A + or - would be really nice in the percentage coloum for instance as it does tend to have direct bearing on the measurement in question. And would a little bit or red & green colour kill your servers? preferably more green than red :)

I fully agree, those figures from the watchlist look like they have come out of a dot matrix printer! Some colour and alignment would make the figures more welcome...
