looking to get into this stock. just waiting for the suckers who take part in the rights issue. with the dilution effect of the additional shares i am looking to get in at round 350 or lower. ill let the current shareholders take the hit.

Can someone explain in plain english how this rights offer is structured...do we as minority shareholder get the opportunity to buy at the discounted price or are they all pre-sold to the majority shareholders already?
