galvanizing plant .....disaster

I recall hearing about a galvanizing plant. It must have been at least 2 years ago. Well, this plant was supposed to bring major cost and efficiency benefits. What happened!!!!!!!!! Did they s***** the idea, some ridiculously long environmental impact study still waiting to be concluded, or has the plant been denied by some governmental department.

ACTower bought property close to the R59,Meyertons way for the long awaiting plant.....Maybe if ACtowers stop paying boardmembers around R585 000-00 per anum(2010), they might start to close the poor debt factor......
