good EY and low PE

Can somebody please explain how a company with these ratings gets ignored and yet other shares have negative EY's and high PE's and they move like the latest fashion. I've been eyeing this share but i don't wanna touch it unless i'm informed. Am i missing something? Figures to me look healthy. Please give me feedback
