at 08h59 today northam buyer/s for 4 shares @ 49.95 ... sellers offering 48750 shares @ 49.39. last night's close @ 48.50. what's the logic behind the small bid volume at a bid price 0.56 above the ask price when so much volume on offer?

Suspect price manipulation. Same thing on Fos this morning @ 08h59. Bid for 3 shares @6127, lots of sellers @6000
