Well I am feeling quite positive about this as a long term business - the key to unlocking super returns being the redevleopment of the Earls Court /Olympia segment of the portfolio. At 138p per Share NAV it looks nicely priced. Redefine International might be a quicker earner but the potential in this looks good...So it shows you that while everythings hopeless nothing is serious.
