New CEO taking the same talk as Baglione 5 years ago, whats new, same old issues/ Problem is with senior management not having a new game plan. Its easy to retrench and get rid of the worker bees, but its in the echelons where it counts. lets see some committment like a 10% drop in salary for all execs for starters. Get rid of the dead wood that have been there for ages and added no value.
