There are talks in the market that advanced health in talks to buy out Medicross and Lesedi Clinics . Anyone who has more information?

Got any more to this? There was no mention in the prospectus. Even if there are talks, surely it can only be in an early stage. Also, MediCross website states "We also operate 12 day theatres, providing professional, affordable, same-day surgical procedures to medically insured and private patients", AVL cannot afford to buy of them?
