released results for the parliamnet election has zanu pf unable to get the 106 required for a majority, so in a sense yes. but still no word on presidential.

As far as I know the president nominates a certain number of members of parliament. This could secure a majority for ZANU-PF in the house. The media also talk about 51% to avoid a run-off. This is incorrect and should be 50% +1 vote.
