I'm with you - although it is not 1%, rather call it 100 basis points.

Yes in the past the reserve bank has sometimes cut by odd amounts....This time i would guess at least 70 basis points,as after this month it seems that they will revert to two-monthly meetings.So next meeting in Aug.
