Let me see. in the good years, they made R57m attributable income - at 13cps. Now they diluting by over 200% so they will have around 1.9 bn shares. Now, if (big if!) they can get back to the glory days, and make another 60m - that will equate to around 3cps. Not to mention that shareholders now only have 38% say in how the company is run, meaning that the majority shareholder could dilute further if they see fit. Oh, and I have hardly ever heard of a capital raising exercise that got the capital need right the first time. I will bet decent money that they will be a second begging bowl exercise within the next year.
