largely the same with two exceptions .. cfd slightly cheaper (35 pts vs. 40 an no roll over) .. an cfd have counter party risk, that being SBK ..

Hi Simon, I know htis has been asked before, but I can't remember the answer. If we purchase CFD's on OST, does it result in an actual purchase of shares on the JSE? I.E. Will I see my order entry on Price Streamer?

yes fully hedged, on all diveratives .. we don't take risk, we enable risk ..

it is an important point .. you're not trading against the house/broker .. you trade against the market ..

it also means that you are not forced to trade at either the bid or the ask - you can enter the auction on your terms. This massively reduces your slippage costs
