is it because of new nuclear reactor envisaged? If so, do people realise how long it will take to come on line??? and the no. of outages throughout the country in the meantime. big need for ipsa!!!

Yes, they will definately have a point of interest with building the plants in 15 months, I read an article where they say we will have a critical power system up until 2011, IPSA can make a difference if they build some of those Coega-type plants, 1600MW or what was it, that is almost like Koeberg!
